What does an Agile coach do?
An Agile coach helps teams and leaders adopt Agile ways of working in practice: improving ceremonies, clarifying roles, removing blockers and building habits that last. Unlike a one-off trainer, a coach works alongside your people in their real work over several weeks or months.
Do you offer Scrum training for teams?
Yes. We run practical Scrum and Kanban workshops for teams, plus role-focused sessions for Scrum Masters and Product Owners and Agile leadership workshops for managers. Sessions are built around your own backlog and examples, not generic slides.
How long does Agile coaching take?
It depends on your goals. Focused role coaching can show results within six to eight weeks. Team or organisation-wide coaching typically runs for one or two quarters, with progress reviewed against agreed goals along the way.
Can coaching be done remotely?
Yes. We coach remotely by default, joining your ceremonies over video and working in your tools. Timing works well for teams in Pakistan, the Gulf and Europe.
