Will a PMO slow down our Agile teams?
Not if it's designed for them. We set up a supportive PMO that standardises how projects are started, tracked and changed, while leaving teams to plan and run their own sprints. The goal is fewer status meetings, not more.
Do we need a full-time PMO manager?
